Our company established in 1956,it has more than 60 years history. Now, we have two Production Base Workshops.

There are five production lines, each process engaged with various machine, mainly labor work.

Boiler Production Process：

1. Cutting Steel plate and rolling plate process

Through cutting steel and pressure processing,form the boiler cylinder and extra parts.Carrying multiple corrections,such as removing residual material, trimming, drilling, extending, shaping and other processes

2. Welding

Welding process for boiler body and spare parts. Including the automatic welding and hand welding mixed production technology.

Assemble parts: Front&Rear Smoke Chamber, corrugated furnace

3. Detection (quality control point)

X-ray inspection for main compression components welded.

4. Assembly

Fitting the boiler body and parts assembly.

5. Hydrostatic test

Testing the boiler working pressure station,promise quality safety.

6. Descaling&Painting

7. Front&Rear Smoke Chamber

8. Insulation Layer

Packaing the boiler furnace with insulation layer for heat insulation,

9. Packaging

It is the last procedure for boiler production,our workers will decorate the boiler outside.

The DZL new water-fire boiler is a new eco-friendly and energy-saving product co-devoloped by our company and professor Li zhiguang-a famous boiler expert,professor of Harbin Insitute of Technology and director of beijing institute of Light boiler.It is called as a revolution of industrial boilers by domestic and foreign experts.

3. After you get the goods, you need to hire boiler install company for the installation. However, if you can’t find professional boiler install company, we can send one engineer to guide the installation. Of course, this is charge service. For one day, we charge 100USD.

4. We have two year warranty and full life service. It means, if there is some parts broken, we will send new parts for you for free and guide you how to maintain.At anytime, you can find us and we will help you solve the problems.

Yuanda boiler has a 61 years history and abundant experience in China's heater energy market.

Develop steps as following:

In 1956, Set up Xihua Integrated Machinery Factory.

In 1973, Established Xihua Boiler Factory with support of Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute.

In 1983, The State Ministry of Machinery Industry issued the D-class boiler manufacturing license.

In 1997, Yuanda Obtained Class 1 and 2 pressure vessel manufacturing licenses.

In 2002, Obtained Class B Boiler Manufacturing License Issued by State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

In 2005. Renamed Longda Boiler Co., Ltd.

In 2007, Restructured as Henan Yuanda Boiler Co., Ltd.

In 2010, Established Zhoukou Boiler Engineering Technology R&D Center.

In 2011, Established "Clean New Energy" Technology R&D Center.

In 2012, Awarded the D Grade Pressure Vessel Design License by National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Apply for invention patent for biomass boiler, patent number 201210007381.7

In 2013, New factory with area 68,000 square meters put into use.

In 2014, Established combined spiral smoke tube technology R&D center by Cooperating with Beijing "zhiguang" Boiler Institute.

In 2018, the second phase of the workshop was put into use

In 2019, obtained Grade A manufacturing qualification.

Transport service

Normally we use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack container to load it. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea,Some by train.In order to ensure the customer get the product smoothly and safely,our company has cooperated with professional transportation team for the handing the land loading transport.
