Superior designs of SZL type biomass boiler
1. Large furnace and new furnace arch design
Decorate enough heating surface, make the heat from combustion release absorbed fully by the surface then the transmit to the working medium.
2. High alkali content in the biomass fuel, so biomass ash melting point is lower, that is the important reason of dust accumulation, slagging and corrosion in heating surface. Do protective wear process in the special convection heating parts according to the different biomass fuels, prevent the dust and slagging influencing the boiler operation.
