Compact Structure Industrial Steam Boiler Running Safety Oil Boiler
Boiler Introduction
This boiler is horizontal type,fire tube,3 pass shell boiler.It can burn heavy oil,light oil,city gas,natural gas,lpg(depend on the burner selected).Boiler furnace is corrugated furnace,burning under positive pressure,fully automatic control.
1. Boiler equipped with autoalarm control system,function are as followed:
(1). High and low water level give sound and light alarm.
(2). Low water level interlock protection founction.
(3). Water level automatic control founction.
2. Fire off Protection
Industrial oil gas boiler when fire off,if continue to supply oil the furnace may explode.This burner of this boiler have flame detector,it can detect combustion status in the chamber(including ignition status).If ignition –failure or flame out during burning,generally in 5 seconds(ignition)or in 10 seconds(burning)close oil or gassolenoid valve,and give sound and light alarm.this time the blower should continue to blow off the leaveover the fuel,after 20-30s,will shut down the blower and other auxiliaries power, the boiler then stop working.

Boiler usage
Medicine, chemical, light industry, textile, building material, cultivation, food and beverage, plastic foam, printing, dyeing and washing, rubber processing, paper products, wood processing, hotel, clothing and leather manufacturer etc.
Packaing & Shiping
Normally we use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack container to load it. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea,Some by train.In order to ensure the customer get the product smoothly and safely,our company has cooperated with professional transportation team for the handing the land loading transport.
Boiler design advantages
1. High effiency(exceed 92%) and energy saving.
(1). Three pass structure,which extend the flow of smoke and enhance the heat transfer.
(2). Adopt bog size whole corrugated furnace,big heating area,sastify the free expansion of boiler, improve the boiler effiency.
(3). Whole adopt corrugated tubes,strengthening heat transfer and eliminating welding stress. Other companies also use corrugated tubes, but we adopt the latest professor “Li Zhiguang”(a very famous boiler expert in China)technoly,the depth of the screw thread and spacing between two screw threads are rationally designed.
2. Enough steam output and high quality steam.
(1). Our boiler design big size water volume,the steam output is stable and steam quality is good.
(2). Design special steam water separator,reduce steam humidity and improve steam quality.
3. Safe and reliable.
(1). Whole wet back structure and transition multi-loop full-temperature condenser design, ND just material, fin tube design,which highly reduces the back plate sheet temperature.
(2). Double layer 12cm aluminum silicate insulation material,two stage anti-leak design and tight seal to avoid leakage phenomenon.
(3). Design tension bars, increasing the tube plate strength, preventing cracking.
(4). Explosion proof door design,prevent explosion, reduce the damage to the boiler, improve the safety of boiler.
(5). Two water level gauges and two Spring Safety Valve, Backup protection, safe and reliable.
