2. Original membrane type water-cooled wall structure:
We adopts the membrane water wall structure and innovates some new design to increase the structure advantages of high heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer effect, low heat loss, good air tightness and good performance of furnace wall.
3. Special GEF deslagging technology:
Boiler grate adopts the new small scale type fire grate with the exclusive insurance ring, which overcome the technical problem of grate falling off. This design reduce the air leakage of the fire grate, which ensure the stable and reliable grate operation and greatly improves the combustion efficiency.
4. Reasonable grate sealing structure:
The boiler with capacity less than 4t/h adopts the structure of side sealing and angle reinforcement plate, the boiler with the capacity more than 6t/h adopts contact type side seal ing and bottom sealing structure.
