Increase the diametre of furnace on the basis of original traditional design.expand the surface of radiant heat exchange,mainly center on radiant heat exchange ,reduce the heat exchange burden during the second and third return,and make the fuel burning efficiently,reduce the harmful gas production. Besides,the spiral hearth in the high temperature area not only increase the area of radiant heat exchange, but also make a resistance to the smoke movement.have a obvious effect about radiation heat exchange.
2. Research PCL control board independently
Strontg conpatibility,PLC intelligent touch screen equipmet,10-inch touch screen,fool-type operation,safe and reliable,automatic ignition/flame-out/fire switch,high fired gas,low pressure protection,gas leakage protection,filling and stopping pump automatically,high and low water warning,ultra low water-level interlock,alarm when the temperature of smoke exhaust is too high and stop furnace operating.
3. Large load imported burner configuration
80% configuration ratio,light load drive,enough thermal energy import,guaranteed output,reduce equipment use fatigue,extend the service life,the quality of inlet valve group is steady and reliable.

1. How long is the guarantee period?
The guarantee period of the mechanical equipment and machines supplied by Henan yuanda shall be twelve(12) months commencing from commissioning date or 18 month from delivery time, whichever comes earlier.
2. How about after-sale service?
When the guarantee period is finished, Henan Yuanda will provide product technical consults for free, and provide spare parts with favorable price.
3. Do you provide Supervision of Boiler Installation and Commissioning Service?
Yes, Supervision of installation and commissioning the equipment within delivery scope is available by our service team. But the Buyer will be only in charge of:
1) The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.
2) Board and lodging of seller’s workers for the entire period at the end-user’s site.
3) Necessary communication cost.
4) Service fee of Seller’s worker: USD 100/day/person, for the entire period at the end-user’s site.
