1000kg/hour steam boiler has two type, one is horizontal fire tube three pass automatic steam boiler, other is vertical steam boiler. The difference of them has several, hrozintal boiler has higher efficiency, as the three pass structure, can make full use of smoke heat, running low cost. Vertical boiler is a lower cost boiler, with cheap price, convenient transportation and easy installation, use small apece.
Vertical steam boiler
LSS series vertical type steam boiler can be wildly used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, light industry, textile, building materials, farming, food and beverage, plastics and foam, printing & dyeing and washing, rubber processing, paper making, wood processing, hotel, garment leather, etc. This series boiler can also be applied to generate electricity at some districts where electricity power is in short. So are a variety of industrial productions, living and remote areas, and oil field. Even they can be used as a power plant boiler start-up.

Transport & Delivery
Packing way: nude packaging for boiler main part and wooden box packaging for boiler accessories.
For 1-4 ton boilers, use 20-40'FT container packing for marine shipment.
For boilers above 5 ton, use 40'FT flat rack packing for marine shipment.
Delivery: Mostly by seas, some by train.
