High Efficiency Coal Hot Water Boiler 2Ton Automatic Running Boiler
DZL coal fired horizontal atmospheric hot water boiler is in the structure of mixture of fire water tube with 3 passes. There is a bundle of the thread smoke pipe arranged in the boiler barrel. The left and right sides of the furnace are installed with tube water cooling wall. Our boiler adopts the blocky structure fire grate and it is also equipped with blower and draft fan for mechanical ventilation. Fuel fell on the grate for combustion in the furnace. The flame flows through the flue gas channel in the middle of the furnace wall into the boiler body back and then the flame flows through two sides of combustion chambers and then turns to the front smoke box. And then the flame retraces back to the thread smoke pipe arranged in the boiler barrel. Then the flame will flows into the dust remover through the rear smoke box. And then the induced draft fan will induces the flue gas through flue and chimney.

1. Coal fired steam boiler is horizontal three-pass ,water and fire tube shell-type boiler, both sides of furnace is equipped with bare tube wall, the both sides of the drum layouts eight-shaped flue, inner drum has the spirally corrugated tube ,tube plate adopts arched tube plate,furnace arch with a larger optimized furnace arch, combustion equipment uses light chain grate with frequency control.
2. Combustion equipment has chain grate and reciprocating grate.
3. The furnace is equipped with packaged, assembled and semi-assembled factory.the installation period and installation cost are reduced by more than 30% compared with other furnaces.
