Superior boiler structure design
1. Unique warehouse and feeding equipment Biomass boiler bin and the design of the feeding device.the big speed bin design could control fuel transmit mass automatically according to the thermal energy, isolate flame and flue to prevent tempering.
2. Unique design of cloth wind
According to the characteristic of low biomass carbon content,high volatile, sulfur content, small ash,small density, arrange the wind proportion of sections for once wind and the secondary wind reasonably,so as to control the temperature of furnace,avoid the coking and make combustion more fully.
3. Large furnace and new furnace arch design
Increase the temperature of the furnace,at the same time,strengthen the disturbance of flue gas in high temperature area, reduce the incomplete combustion heat loss and fly ash loss, improve the fuel burnout ratio and thermal efficiency of boiler.
4. Anti-fouling, slag and corrosion treatment designed in heating surface
High alkali content in the biomass fuel, so biomass ash melting point is lower, that is the important reason of dust accumulation, slagging and corrosion in heating surface. Do protective wear process in the special convection heating parts according to the different biomass fuels, prevent the dust and slagging influencing the boiler operation.
