1. The boiler absorbs the advantage of fast-installation boiler: the major device in the upper is composed of boiler body, upper boiler shelling and heat preservation layer, and the lower part is made up of chain grate and coal scuttle, which render the boiler the advantages of convenient installation, short period, and low costs.
2. The boiler also is of compact structure, small coverage, elegant appearance and low infrastructure investment as the boiler room only needs to be arranged on single floor.
3. The boiler also features simple operation, smooth running, fast speed in temperature and pressure rise, strong output, and wide adaptive range for coals.
4. The auxiliaries are completely provided ,air blowers, induced fans, pumps and dust separator can all meet load requirement of the boiler, the speed regulation range is wide and the regulation is convenient.
5. The boiler is equipped with relatively complete thermal monitoring instrument, electric consoles, turning on of air blowers and induced fans as well as revolving speed of grate can all achieve automatic operation, and outlet temperature of the boilers is set with safeguard of ultra-temperature, so the air blowers and induced fans can be turned off and great revolving can be stopped automatically when the temperature exceeds the specified or the circulating water pump stops suddenly; besides, the boiler is equipped with overpressure alarm and water level automatic adjusting device.
6. Boiler blasting adopts cone bilateral blasting device, so the plenums can adjust themselves independently, so the ventilation leakage is small and adjustability is strong, thus better adapting to requirements of combustion characteristics of chain grate.
