Boiler structure features
(1). Three pass structure,which extend the flow of smoke and enhance the heat transfer.
(2). Adopt bog size whole corrugated furnace,big heating area,sastify the free expansion of boiler, improve the boiler effiency.
(3). Our boiler design big size water volume,the steam output is stable and steam quality is good.
(4). Design special steam water separator,reduce steam humidity and improve steam quality.
(5). Whole wet back structure and transition multi-loop full-temperature condenser design, ND just material, fin tube design,which highly reduces the back plate sheet temperature(around 50°).
(6). Double layer 12cm aluminum silicate insulation material,two stage anti-leak design and tight seal to avoid leakage phenomenon.
(7). Design tension bars,increasing the tube plate strength, preventing cracking.
(8). Explosion proof door design,prevent explosion, reduce the damage to the boiler, improve the safety of boiler.
